Customs & Duties

Additional customs charges and import taxes may apply depending on your destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

We are legally required to declare the full value of your order on shipping invoices and cannot alter this value.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How to Return

Complete our Return Form and include it inside your parcel. Returns without a completed form cannot be processed. Send your return to the address on the form within 28 days of delivery. Allow up to 7 business days for processing once received — this may be extended during peak periods and school holidays.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in 100% resaleable condition. This means items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from marks, stains, makeup, and deodorant marks
  • Free from odours, dust, fluff, and hair (including animal hair)
  • Returned with all original swing tags and packaging attached

To keep our garments in their purest form, we kindly suggest removing makeup and avoiding deodorant before trying on your items. This ensures each piece stays fresh and ready for its next mindful home.

Return Postage & Fees

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method — we cannot process refunds for items we have not received.

AfterPay purchases: A 6% restocking fee applies (3% for all other payment methods) as merchant fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
