Job Title: E-Commerce & Warehouse Assistant | Part-Time

We’re currently seeking a proactive and motivated E-Commerce & Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Braeside office. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in e-commerce, fashion and customer service, who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.
This is a flexible position (2–3 days per week), with school hours available if preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Labelling Products
- Create and maintain product listings on Shopify
- Update product details, ensuring images, descriptions and pricing are accurate
- Process online orders, returns and exchanges efficiently
- Assist with stock management and general warehouse upkeep
- Accept and unpack stock deliveries
- Support with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with customer inquiries, collaborations, etc
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is a team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Has previous experience in e-commerce, retail or customer service
- Is comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
- Is organised, detail-orientedand proactive
- Has strong time management skills and can multi-task effectively
