We are looking for a special soul to join Luna and Soul. Someone who loves sustainability, mindfulness, conscious living, beautiful customer service.
If you have retail experience plus you feel aligned with yoga, wellness, crystals, slow living plus making people feel seen, supported plus welcome. This could be the perfect fit.
Shifts required

Either Wednesday + Saturday
- Or Friday + Saturday
- Occasional Sunday shift may be available
Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service
- Help customers with sizing, product questions plus thoughtful gift guidance
- Process sales smoothly using POS plus handle cash accurately
- Keep the store looking beautiful, calm plus well stocked

Receive stock, tag, steam, fold plus replenish the floor
- Support and process online orders
- Keep the space tidy plus aligned with our brand standards
- Work confidently on your own plus know when to ask for support
- Bonus if you love yoga, wellness, crystals or sustainable living
We’re Looking for Someone Who

Have retail experience, minimum six months
- Enjoy engaging with customers, feel confident approaching people
- Are reliable, punctual plus take pride in your work
- Are organised, detail focused plus proactive
- Can work independently plus enjoy being part of a small team
- Available Wednesday + Saturday or Friday + Saturday

Speak fluent English
- Are legally allowed to work in Australia, with valid working rights
- Have no working restrictions and can stay in the role longer than six months
