Click & Collect - Drive Through Service

Due to COVID-19 Luna & Soul has closed its doors temporarily at South Melbourne Market and has taken an extended Shavasana. Our online storeremains open.

We understand that staying healthy and active during this time has become more important than ever. Exercising at home has become the new normal but many people are simply not equipped for this and are looking to online stores to shop for products. We have had many enquiries from customers who would love to place orders but are concerned about delivery times which have increased significantly due to increased demand.

 We have been looking for ways to help and we are excited to announce that we have teamed up with South Melbourne Market to offer a free click & collect service to our customers.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS: 

Visit our web storeand during checkout select store pick up.  

Your order will be ready for collection every Thursday between 2pm and 6pm.

Due to high demand, we ask for customers with surnames A-K to pickup between 2pm and 4pm, and surnames L-Z to pickup between 4pm and 6pm to alleviate congestion.

Surnames A – K from 2pm to 4pm

Surnames L – Z from 4pm to 6pm

WHERE:

South Melbourne Market York Street Carpark.Entry to the York Street Carpark will only be permitted from the Market side lane. If arriving from Montague or Ferrars Street direction, please drive up York Street and make a U-Turn at the Cecil Street roundabout.

The South Melbourne Market team will be wearing gloves and utilising hand sanitiser between orders. All Storage units and service areas will be sanitised regularly.

We encourage all customers to remain in their car when collecting their order (customers can get out to open the boot if required). Once you have picked up your order please keep moving in order to make the service as efficient as possible.

Our eco-friendly range includes sustainable yoga & activewear such as yoga pants, sports bras, cork yoga mats, cork massage balls, Mala bracelets, copper  drinking bottles and more, visit us to browse our entire range.
